Extraskeletal Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumors (EES/PNET) of the breast are rare malignant soft-tissue tumors associated with a high recurrence rate. We present the case of a 17-year-old female who presented with a lump in the left breast. Ultrasonography and mammography revealed a large, ill-defined, hypoechoic, heterogeneous, dense lobulated lesion without calcifications. Fine needle aspiration cytology showed atypical cells. Computed tomography of the brain, chest, and abdomen ruled out extra-mammary origin and metastasis. Wide local excision of the lesion followed by histopathological and immunohistochemical analyses confirmed the diagnosis of primary EES/PNET of the breast. The patient underwent adjuvant chemotherapy. Early diagnosis and multidisciplinary treatment are essential to improve prognosis and survival rates.
乳腺外尤文肉瘤/原始神经外胚层肿瘤（EES/PNET）是罕见的恶性软组织肿瘤，复发率高。我们报告一例17岁女性，因左乳肿块就诊。超声和乳腺X线摄影显示一个大的、边界不清的、低回声、不均匀、致密分叶状病变，无钙化。细针穿刺细胞学检查显示非典型细胞。脑部、胸部和腹部的计算机断层扫描排除了乳腺外起源和转移。对病变进行广泛局部切除，随后进行组织病理学和免疫组织化学分析，确诊为原发性乳腺EES/PNET。患者接受了辅助化疗。早期诊断和多学科治疗对于改善预后和生存率至关重要。
