Homogeneous pyramidal oxide exsolution is demonstrated for the first time leveraging a LaAgSrFeO perovskite. The impressive structures were comprehensively characterised using XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, and DFT to reveal their structural and chemical identity. The hierarchical oxide formation highlights the potential of exsolution as a nano-engineering method for developing oxide-based catalysts.
