The authors have analyzed results of the operative treatment of 1146 patients mainly with malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. The postoperative period was complicated by peritonitis in 4,5% of the patients. The most frequent causes of peritonitis were incompetent sutures of anastomoses, duodenal stumps (51,9%) and so called peritonitis due to "guy sutures" (26,9%). Lethality was 57,7%. The development of postoperative peritonitis may be shown by the phenomenon of worse state of the patient after a HBO session performed in the postoperative period. Early relaparotomy is of main significance in the complex treatment of postoperative peritonitis.
作者分析了1146例主要患有胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的手术治疗结果。4.5%的患者术后出现腹膜炎并发症。腹膜炎最常见的原因是吻合口、十二指肠残端缝合不当（51.9%）以及所谓的“吊线缝合”导致的腹膜炎（26.9%）。死亡率为57.7%。术后进行高压氧治疗后患者状态变差这一现象可表明术后腹膜炎的发生。早期再次剖腹手术在术后腹膜炎的综合治疗中具有重要意义。
