In order to reduce the segregation degree of cemented backfilling slurry in coal mine and enable cemented backfill in coal mine (CBCM) to normally exert its load-bearing capacity, uniaxial compressive strength test, static segregation index test and microscopic properties test were carried out. The effect of suspending agent content (SAC) on the strength, static segregation index and microscopic properties of CBCM was discussed. The relationship between static segregation index and microscopic properties and backfill strength was analyzed. The results show that when SAC increases from 0 to 0.06%, the backfill strength increases first and then decreases, the static segregation index of backfilling slurry decreases by 46.81%, and the Ca(OH) content in backfill decreases by 24.51%. The increase of SAC can improve the strength of CBCM, reduce the segregation degree of backfilling slurry and reduce the hydration products inside the backfill. The backfill strength increases first mainly because SAC reduces the segregation degree of backfilling slurry, and the backfill strength decreases later mainly because SAC inhibits the hydration reaction inside the backfill.
为降低煤矿胶结充填浆体的离析程度,使煤矿胶结充填正常发挥其承载能力,开展了单轴抗压强度试验、静态离析指数试验和微观性能试验。探讨了悬浮剂含量(SAC)对煤矿胶结充填体强度、静态离析指数和微观性能的影响。分析了静态离析指数与微观性能及充填体强度之间的关系。结果表明,当SAC从0增加到0.06%时,充填体强度先增加后降低,充填浆体的静态离析指数降低了46.81%,充填体中Ca(OH)含量降低了24.51%。SAC的增加可提高煤矿胶结充填体的强度,降低充填浆体的离析程度,并减少充填体内的水化产物。充填体强度先增加主要是因为SAC降低了充填浆体的离析程度,后期强度降低主要是因为SAC抑制了充填体内的水化反应。
