Abstract
The case described is one of endocarditis due to lactobacillus casei in a 33-year-old man with aortic insufficiency of undetermined origin. The clinical signs were neurological, following thrombosis of the right posterior cerebral artery. The source of injection was a dental extraction. This case, with a typical clinical picture, is the eleventh to be reported in the literature.

本文描述的病例是一名33岁男性，患有病因不明的主动脉瓣关闭不全，感染干酪乳杆菌导致心内膜炎。临床症状为右侧大脑后动脉血栓形成后的神经系统症状。感染源是一次拔牙。该病例临床表现典型，是文献报道的第11例。
