Abstract

Work on detecting reference publications on foreign scientific institutions active in the domain of nutritional science is summed up. Information on reference books and guides embracing scientific and research establishments of the whole world, individual countries and also on the guides containing information on international bodies and prominent figures in nutritional science is offered.
