[Clinical picture of the Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and its therapeutic consequences (author's transl)].

Mucocutaneous pigmentation, intestinal polyps and familiar heredity are the 3 most important symptoms of the Peutz-Jeghers-syndrome. 5 own cases are reported. The risk of carcinomatous degeneration of the polyps is slightly increased. Endoscopic and radiologic control of these patients is necessary.
