Abstract

Mucocutaneous pigmentation, intestinal polyps and familiar heredity are the 3 most important symptoms of the Peutz-Jeghers-syndrome. 5 own cases are reported. The risk of carcinomatous degeneration of the polyps is slightly increased. Endoscopic and radiologic control of these patients is necessary.

摘要

皮肤黏膜色素沉着、肠道息肉和家族遗传是黑斑息肉综合征最重要的三个症状。本文报告了5例自身病例。息肉发生癌变的风险略有增加。对这些患者进行内镜和放射学检查很有必要。
