Three patients with acquired digital fibrokeratoma are presented herein. This tumor may be confused clinically with other lesions including supernumerary digits, fibromas, neuromas, and neurofibromas. As a result, the histologic picture is most helpful in making a correct diagnosis. Since this lesion has been noted to occur in areas other than the digits, a more appropriate designation may be "acquired fibrokeratoma".
本文报告了3例获得性指纤维角化瘤患者。该肿瘤在临床上可能与其他病变相混淆，包括多指畸形、纤维瘤、神经瘤和神经纤维瘤。因此，组织学表现对做出正确诊断最有帮助。由于已注意到该病变可发生于手指以外的部位，更合适的名称可能是“获得性纤维角化瘤”。
