Abstract

Sarcoidosis rarely involves the female genital tract. This report describes a case of sarcoidosis of the uterus that was found by endometrial curettage for menometrorrhagia. Reports of the few previously documented examples of sarcoidosis of the uterus are reviewed with a brief discussion of the differential diagnosis.
