The exocrine function of the pancreas was studied in 52 patients suffering from diabetes mellitus by biochemical and radioisotopic methods. The detected enzyme secretion disturbances correlated with the severity of the disease. Complex therapy, including diet, and administration of hypoglycemic drug and angioprotectors led to an improvement of the exocrine function of the pancreas.
采用生化和放射性同位素方法，对52例糖尿病患者的胰腺外分泌功能进行了研究。检测到的酶分泌紊乱与疾病严重程度相关。包括饮食、降糖药物和血管保护剂在内的综合治疗使胰腺外分泌功能得到改善。
