The experience with catheterization of the subclavian vein in angiography in children aged from several months to 15 years is presented. 835 angiographies via the subclavian vein were carried out. The puncture of the subclavian vein is a convenient procedure in angiography, particularly in younger children. A relative safety and technical simplicity of catheterization of the subclavian vein allow to recommend it for a broader use in angiography.
本文介绍了对几个月至15岁儿童进行血管造影时经锁骨下静脉插管的经验。共进行了835例经锁骨下静脉的血管造影。在血管造影中，锁骨下静脉穿刺是一种便捷的操作，尤其对于年幼儿童。锁骨下静脉插管相对安全且技术简单，因此建议在血管造影中更广泛地应用。
