Abstract
A case of multiple myeloma with associated intense radionuclide uptake in the lungs and stomach on bone scan is presented. There was no roentgenographic evidence of calcification, and the bone scan provided the only antemortem evidence of metastatic calcification.

本文报告一例多发性骨髓瘤患者，其骨扫描显示肺部和胃部有强烈的放射性核素摄取。X线片上没有钙化的证据，骨扫描是生前转移性钙化的唯一证据。
