Abstract
Fractionations of chicken sera containing antibody to the avian leucosis viruses, RAV—1 or RAV—6 were carried out. A small proportion of antibody activity was found in the serum IgM fractions from the majority of birds, but most of the antibody activity was recovered in the serum IgG fractions.
