Abstract
Author describes clinical appearance of the acromioclavicular dislocation. Discussing different surgical techniques, a new combination of surgical procedures is recommended. In case of acute acromioclavicular dislocation beside the osteosynthesis by means of traction wire loop, the reconstruction of the coracoclavicular ligament and the fixation of clavicula with tendon graft should be performed. Good results were obtained with the above method.

作者描述了肩锁关节脱位的临床表现。在讨论不同的手术技术时，推荐一种新的手术方法组合。对于急性肩锁关节脱位，除了使用牵引钢丝环进行骨固定外，还应进行喙锁韧带重建并用肌腱移植物固定锁骨。采用上述方法取得了良好的效果。
