A case of hemangiopericytoma with a component of fibrosarcoma is reported. The tumour was diagnosed three years prior to the first operation which was done for increasing growth of the tumour. Three years after the first operation and radiotherapy a local recurrence was removed. Histology of the tumour showed a pure fibrosarcoma. The patient remains well for more than one year after the second operation. Because of the prolonged course without general spread is questionable that retroperitoneal tumours show the same biological propensities as other fibrosarcomas.
报告了一例伴有纤维肉瘤成分的血管外皮细胞瘤。该肿瘤在首次手术前三年被诊断出来，首次手术是为了切除不断生长的肿瘤。首次手术及放疗三年后，切除了局部复发病灶。肿瘤组织学检查显示为纯纤维肉瘤。第二次手术后，患者状况良好已超过一年。鉴于病程较长且无全身转移，腹膜后肿瘤是否与其他纤维肉瘤具有相同的生物学倾向值得怀疑。
