Spontaneous haemoperitoneum: a report of three cases.

Three cases of spontaneous haemoperitoneum have been presented. One patient with ruptured hapatoma died; the remaining two with ruptured normal vessels survived. The literature has been briefly reviewed and the conclusion is drawn that operative intervention is mandatory in these cases.
