Abstract
- Cefmetazole was administered to 10 patients; 5 acute cholecystitis, 4 acute peritonitis and 1 periproctitis. 2. Cefmetazole was given by drip infusion at a daily dose of 2 to 4 g. 3. Clinical response was excellent in 3 patients, and good in other 7 patients. 4. No clinical adverse effect was recognized except the increase of GOT and GPT in 1 patient.

- 对10例患者使用了头孢美唑；其中5例急性胆囊炎，4例急性腹膜炎，1例直肠周炎。2. 头孢美唑通过静脉滴注给药，每日剂量为2至4克。3. 3例患者临床反应极佳，其他7例患者反应良好。4. 除1例患者谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶升高外，未发现临床不良反应。
