[Total iliectomy with preservation of the lower limb (author's transl)].

We treated a chondro-sarcoma of the ilium by total resection of the hemipelvis preserving the lower limb. We describe our technique and give the fonctionnel result of this operation which we believe could in certain cases replace a hemipelvectomy.
