Abstract

The pharmacokinetic behaviour of intravascular renal and biliary contrast agents is being evaluated with help of CT-densitometry. Contrast enhancement is best with high-dose bolus injection and rapid sequence CT-scanning of at least 4 cuts per minute.

借助CT密度测定法对血管内肾造影剂和胆道造影剂的药代动力学行为进行评估。大剂量推注造影剂并以每分钟至少4层的快速序列进行CT扫描时，造影增强效果最佳。
