Some problems, concerning the diagnosis and treatment of peace-time traumatic aneurysms, are considered here. The authors treated 30 patients, using mostly plastic operations, 28 of them showed excellent and good results. The amputation of the femur was carried out in one case. One patient died from infected arterio-venous aneurysm.
