The indication for replantation of traumatised limbs cannot be forced into any scheme. Each single case has to be critically considered as individual problem with main reference to age, sex, general condition, profession and motivation of patient and personal competence and qualification. A factor of central importance is the amputated part itself. The following facts are of special interest: which extremity is afflicted, the level of amputation, the extent of local tissue destruction, the duration of ischemia and measures of preservation.
肢体创伤再植的适应证不能硬性纳入任何模式。每一个病例都必须作为一个单独的问题进行严格考量，主要参考患者的年龄、性别、一般状况、职业、动机以及个人能力和资质。一个至关重要的因素是被截断的部分本身。以下这些事实尤其值得关注：受影响的是哪条肢体、截肢平面、局部组织破坏的程度、缺血持续时间以及保存措施。
