Abstract
On the basis of a study of 100 patients with essential tremor from 54 families, 3 clinical variants of this disease were distinguished: classical monosymptomatic form characterized by tremor; a form where tremor is combined with other little marked extrapyramidal symptoms; a form where tremor is combined with little marked symptoms of cerebellar structure insufficiency.

基于对来自54个家庭的100例特发性震颤患者的研究，区分出了该疾病的3种临床变体：以震颤为特征的经典单症状形式；震颤与其他不太明显的锥体外系症状相结合的形式；震颤与小脑结构功能不足的不太明显症状相结合的形式。
