[Crohn's proctocolitis with involvement of the esophagus and mouth. Case report].

A case of esophageal Crohn's disease occurring in a 40-year-old woman with proctocolitis and oral manifestation is reported. A possible connection between Crohn's disease and Behçet's syndrome is discussed. A survey of the literature indicates that comparable lesions occur very rarely.
