The effect of biguanide preparations Silubin retard and Dibotin on cholesterin serum level and total fats was experimentally and clinically checked. The experimental investigations were carried out on rabbits with and without corticosteroid diabetes and the clinical--on 142 patients with diabetes. The bigguanide preparations was concluded to reduce both total fats and cholesterin. The higher the initial values of the mentioned indices, the more manifested their effect.
对双胍制剂水飞蓟宾延缓剂和地波亭对血清胆固醇水平及总脂肪的影响进行了实验和临床检验。实验研究在患有和未患皮质类固醇糖尿病的兔子身上进行，临床研究则在142名糖尿病患者身上开展。得出结论：双胍制剂可降低总脂肪和胆固醇。上述指标的初始值越高，其效果越明显。
