[Ligament ruptures of the upper ankle joint: diagnosis and therapy].

Supination-stress at the upper ankle often is reason for ruptures of capsula and ligaments. Surgical repair shows better results than conservative treatment. Diagnosis and therapy of 125 ruptures of the fibular ligaments and capsulae are reported.
