The author observed 6 cases of mammary gland tuberculosis. 3 patients showed disseminated nodular form of mammary gland tuberculosis, 2--sclerotic form and 1--ulcerative form. Contrast-free mammography is an essential aid in diagnosis. Surgical intervention with postoperative specific antibacterial therapy is a radical method of treatment. Sectoral resection of the mammary gland should be carried out in young patients and amputation--in elderly ones.
作者观察了6例乳腺结核。3例表现为播散结节型乳腺结核，2例为硬化型，1例为溃疡型。无对比剂乳腺X线摄影是诊断的重要辅助手段。手术干预并术后进行特异性抗菌治疗是根本的治疗方法。年轻患者应行乳腺区段切除术，老年患者则应行乳腺切除术。
