[Pathogenesis of pulmonary complications in severe mechanical non-thoracic trauma].

On the grounds of morphologic studies the authors suppose that pulmonary complications of a severe mechanical trauma without injuries to thoracic organs are due to microcirculatory disorders and to microatelectases resulting from the trauma.
