[External cardiotocography utilizing the US-Doppler principle developed by VEB Ultraschalltechnik Halle].

Clinical report about an ultrasonic cardiotocograph developed by VEB Ultraschalltechnik Halle/GDR. The ultrasonic-option was combined with variable modules of the Biomonitor system (VEB Kombinat Messgerätewerk Zwönitz).--Efficiency and clinical results registered with this new equipment are demonstrated by means of numerous FHF-patterns.--The cardiotocographic method is very important in connection with a further decrease of perinatal mortality and morbidity. A shortly beginning of industrial production is recommended.
