Abstract
A case of multiple arterial thromboses of the arm in the infant of a diabetic mother is reported. A hemocoagulative pattern of intravascular disseminated coagulation was present. Conservative thrombolytic treatment with Urokinase and Calciparin proved successful.

报道了一例糖尿病母亲的婴儿发生手臂多处动脉血栓形成的病例。存在血管内弥漫性凝血的血液凝固模式。使用尿激酶和卡比肝素进行保守溶栓治疗被证明是成功的。
