Abstract
The reaction that occurs on direct radioelectrocomplexing (REC) between hepatitis B antibody (HB Ab) and (125)I-labelled HB Ag can be inhibited by unlabelled HB Ag. Inhibition of REC provides a rapid, sensitive method for the detection of HB Ag.

乙肝抗体（HB Ab）与（125）I标记的乙肝抗原（HB Ag）之间直接进行放射电络合（REC）反应时所发生的反应，可被未标记的HB Ag抑制。REC抑制为检测HB Ag提供了一种快速、灵敏的方法。
