[ultrastructure of rosette-forming cells in the wall of intestinal allotransplant].

The development of a specific rosette-formation was observed following total allotransplantation in the small intestine wall. The rosettes were formed from the central lymphocyte or neutrophil and adjucent plasmatic cells. The formation of plasmatic rosettes (P-rosettes) is considered as a possible index of the graft reaction versus the host.
