Abstract
In 6 of 23 patients with marginal ulcer after gastric resection (B II and Roux-Y anastomosis) a retained ("excluded") gastric antrum attached to the duodenal stump was detected by 99mTC pertechnetate scintiphotography; serum gastrin levels were normal in two of those cases. Resection has been abandoned as a treatment method, and transthoracic vagotomy is recommended for this disease.

在23例胃切除术后（毕Ⅱ式和Roux-Y吻合术）出现边缘溃疡的患者中，通过99m锝高锝酸盐闪烁照相术在6例患者中检测到十二指肠残端附着有保留的（“旷置的”）胃窦；其中2例患者的血清胃泌素水平正常。手术切除已不再作为一种治疗方法，对于这种疾病推荐行经胸迷走神经切断术。
