Abstract
Two male children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia due to a 11-beta-hydroxylase defect are described, in whom gynaecomastia developed before institution of therapy, or when the treatment was inadequate. Cortisone in appropriate doses caused the gynaecomastia to disappear.
