Abstract

Spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus germinated in the presence of sodium dipicolinate (DPA) but did not elongate after the emergence stage of outgrowth. Vegetative growth also was inhibited by Na(2)DPA.

摘要

嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌的孢子在吡啶二羧酸二钠(DPA)存在的情况下萌发,但在出芽的萌发阶段之后不再伸长。营养生长也受到二钠吡啶二羧酸(Na₂DPA)的抑制。
