A series of 325 patients with renal mass lesions were examined by means nephrotomography during the years 1973-76; 85 of them (26%) underwent angiographic investigations. The basic findings observed with nephrotomography are described followed by the criteria which have suggested the necessity of the arteriographic examination. The analysis of the correlations between the two methods, shows the criteria which may limit the use of renal arteriography.
1973年至1976年间，对325例肾占位性病变患者进行了肾断层扫描检查；其中85例（26%）接受了血管造影检查。本文先描述了肾断层扫描的基本发现，接着阐述了提示需进行动脉造影检查的标准。对这两种检查方法之间相关性的分析，显示了可能限制肾动脉造影应用的标准。
