Single injection of chloridine to rats on the 13th day of pregnancy causes the disturbance of morphofunctional processes in embryo hepatocytes, stimulates granular endoplasmatic reticulum development and glycogen accumulation, increases the number and size of lysosomes, breaks their integrity, produces destructive changes in mitochondria. Activity of lysosomal enzymes with depolymerazing action increases already 30 min after the drug injection, their histopography changes, DNA content decreases.
