On the basis of the "Lipschuetz-ovary" model the rat ovary is cystically altered. -- In such an ovary the effect of a spleen extract (Solcosplen) and FSH (Anternon) were compared with histological and histochemical methods. -- With bothe the substances could be observed a diminution of the cystic degeneration.
基于“利普许茨-卵巢”模型，大鼠卵巢发生囊性改变。——在这样的卵巢中，运用组织学和组织化学方法比较了脾提取物（Solcosplen）和促卵泡激素（Anternon）的作用。——使用这两种物质均可观察到囊性退变减轻。
