Bilirubin reacts with zinc acetate, cadmium acetate or cobaltous acetate in dry dipolar aprotic solvents to form highly coloured complexes. The complex formed in NN-dimethylformamide can be isolated as a solid with bilirubin:zinc:acetate:NN-dimethylformamide molar proportions of 1:3:2:2. Water will decompose these complexes, with the regeneration of bilirubin.
胆红素在干燥的偶极非质子溶剂中与醋酸锌、醋酸镉或醋酸钴反应,形成颜色很深的络合物。在N,N -二甲基甲酰胺中形成的络合物可以以胆红素:锌:醋酸根:N,N -二甲基甲酰胺摩尔比为1:3:2:2的固体形式分离出来。水会使这些络合物分解,胆红素再生。
