Abstract

Supralethal dose of whole-body or trunk but not head-irradiation in rats induced hyperosmolar coma accompanied by hypernatremia and hyperkalemia. This clinical entity has presented the symptoms of the CNS radiation syndrome with a characteristic short survival time.

给大鼠全身或躯干而非头部照射超致死剂量会诱发高渗性昏迷，并伴有高钠血症和高钾血症。这种临床病症表现出中枢神经系统辐射综合征的症状，且存活时间较短。
