Two cases of smooth muscle cell tumors of the skin are reported: a 39 year old female patient with disseminated piloleiomyomas on her left leg, and a 53 year old male patient with a leiomyosarcoma on his right shoulder. The clinical features and specially the typical histolocigal characteristics are shown.
