[Trabeculetomy-iridencleisis with marginal cyclodialysis in the treatment of selected cases of childhood- and juvenile glaucoma].

This surgery method is thought for cases, where previous operations have not been successful or for such, in which severe scaring tissue reactions must be expected. The diaphanoscopy of the anterior chamber angle is considered helpfull for the choice of the surgery way. Between 1975 and february 1978 trabeculectomy combined with radical lobelike iridencleisis and marginal cyclodialyse was performed in 4 cases and the i.o. pressure could be normalised. Complications did not occure.
