[Methodical problems in assessment of fertility development (author's transl)].

Birth control as well as medical attention to and counselling of women in the context of pregnancy, childbirth, development of fertility, and reproduction of population may be considered as major lines of sociogynaecology. An attempt is made in this paper to provide insights into methodical aspects with relevance to assessment and prognostication of those processes. Correlations are expounded between possibilities of birth control and fertility development, and reference is made to controlled variation of birth dates within the fertile phase of women together with the impact of such variation of fertility.
