A case of corneo-scleral ulceration beginning 4 months after uncomplicated cataract-extraction is reported on. Neither conservative nor operative treatment was able to stop the ulceration, so that enucleation was necessary. The clinical picture and serological and ophthalmopathological findings are shown. The probably immunological aetiology is discussed.
报告了一例在单纯白内障摘除术后4个月开始出现的角巩膜溃疡病例。无论是保守治疗还是手术治疗都无法阻止溃疡进展，因此有必要进行眼球摘除术。文中展示了临床症状、血清学及眼病理学检查结果，并对可能的免疫病因进行了讨论。
