[The continuous longtime measurement of intra-cranial pressure (author's transl)].

Epidural measurement is a suitable method for monitoring variations in cerebral pressure during intracranial operations and postoperative treatment. A short description is given of the technical equipment. Various possibilities for monitoring intra-cranial pressure are demonstrated in some examples.
