[Reflexes of hand-mouth coordination].

The author reported the results of the observation of exteroceptive and proprioceptive reflexes representing an anatomical-functional coordination of hand and mouth. Experience has shown that the best clinical use is offered by the palmomandibular reflex which, from the standpoint of clinical usableness, is incorporated in the group of the most important reflexes in the neonatal and early infancy periods. It informs us on the development of the central nervous system and also has a certain topical-diagnostic importance.
