The non-standard porto-caval vascular anastomoses were performed in 32 patients in a series of 167 patients operated for portal hypertension. Some special features of certain variants of non-standard shunt operations, their near and late results are described. It was shown that the use of non-standard porto-caval vascular anastomoses under unfavourable topographo-anatomical conditions extends the possibilities of decompression of the portal system in patients with syndrome of portal hypertension.
在167例因门静脉高压接受手术的患者中，32例实施了非标准的门腔静脉血管吻合术。本文描述了某些非标准分流手术变体的一些特殊特征、近期和远期结果。结果表明，在不利的局部解剖条件下使用非标准门腔静脉血管吻合术，可扩大门静脉高压综合征患者门静脉系统减压的可能性。
