The authors report that the operation of end-to-side lympho-venous anastomosis was developed in experiment by submersion. In clinical conditions the operation was performed on 22 patients with chronic postthrombic venous insufficiency of lower extremities. The best results were obtained in patients with secondary lymphostasis and in edematic form of postthrombic venous insufficiency. In diseases of the veins operations were performed as a preliminary step of the surgical correction of the venous outflow. Remote results were observed during one year.
作者报告称，端侧淋巴静脉吻合术是通过浸泡法在实验中研发出来的。在临床情况下，对22例下肢慢性血栓形成后静脉功能不全患者实施了该手术。继发性淋巴淤滞患者以及血栓形成后静脉功能不全的水肿型患者取得了最佳效果。对于静脉疾病，该手术作为静脉流出道手术矫正的初步步骤进行。随访观察了一年的远期结果。
