Abstract
Changes occurring ovarian folliculogenesis as a result of stimulation and destruction of the cortico-medial part of the amygdala, as well as the effect of choriogonadotropine on the background of these changes were studied in 80 infantile female rats. The stimulation and destruction of the cortico-medial part of the amygdala were stated to stimulate production of larger ovarian follicles and also to affect the changes produced by administration of choriogonadotropine.

在80只幼年雌性大鼠中研究了由于杏仁核皮质内侧部分受到刺激和破坏而发生的卵巢卵泡发生变化，以及在这些变化背景下绒毛膜促性腺激素的作用。杏仁核皮质内侧部分的刺激和破坏被认为会刺激更大的卵巢卵泡生成，并且还会影响绒毛膜促性腺激素给药所产生的变化。
