Preparations of RNA and histones change the electrophoretic mobility of lymphoid cells, the intensity of their respiration and anaerobic glycolysis, and thermo-merchanical properties of DNA-complexes isolated from lymphoid cells. RNA and histones exert their influence on the properties of DNP-systems and the rate of anaerobic glycolysis in the opposite manner. But both these preparations depress the electrophoretic mobility and oxygen consumption.
RNA和组蛋白制剂会改变淋巴细胞的电泳迁移率、呼吸强度和无氧糖酵解,以及从淋巴细胞中分离出的DNA复合物的热机械性质。RNA和组蛋白对DNP系统的性质和无氧糖酵解速率的影响方式相反。但这两种制剂都会降低电泳迁移率和氧气消耗。
