The combined osteosynthesis was used in 19 patients with non-united fractures of different localization. The previously introduced intramedullary rod was not removed and a compressing apparatus was used. In all the patient the fragments were united within 1,5-2,5 months.

联合骨固定术应用于19例不同部位骨折不愈合的患者。先前植入的髓内钉未取出，并使用了加压装置。所有患者的骨折碎片均在1.5至2.5个月内愈合。
